Our mental health is truly a precious asset in our life. Not only it serves us good and maintains our optimal functioning, but also it helps us build and sustain healthy relationship with those around us.
Many stressors, like old wounds, previous traumas/losses and unresolved issues, may have caught us off guard and held us back from being more patient, kind, gentle, connected and compassionate to ourselves and others. Working through these challenges in therapy is like attending to a garden. It takes as much time, efforts, commitment to sort things out in sessions as to trim the plants and weed the garden. The more we invest in healthy self-care, the neater our “garden” will be inside out.
As your therapist, my job is to help you heal by knowing yourself better, coming to terms with the past, letting go of outmoded mindset/patterns and achieving fulfillment in life.
I work with individuals on a variety of issues, including overcoming a traumatic past, addiction/substance abuse, troubled relationships, depression, anxiety & grief and loss.
I have been working with clients since 2012 and have adapted a unique and integrative approach to therapy. I am convinced that you can reap benefits from treatment only when it is highly customized and tailored to your needs and situation.
